The Ordering
Process
There are four ways to order:
The easiest way to order is through the order form on
our website, it is totally secure and very easy to use.
The second way is to phone your order through to us,
if you are in the AUSTRALIA call us on (07) 55721003,
if you are phoning from outside the AUSTRALIA call +61

The third way is to fax us, as with the telephone number
in the AUSTRALIA fax us on (07) 55721003, if outside
the AUSTRALIA +61 7 55721003.
The fourth way is to post your order to us, you can
send a cheque or postal orders (please do not send cash)
payable to Mr Music Man.
Mrmusicman.com.au will despatch your order within two
working days of it being placed subject to stock levels.
If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will
contact you. Items can be delivered on our next day
service as long as they are ordered before 12:00 hours
(mon - fri).
We endeavor to supply only the highest quality product
and believe you will be delighted with your product
from mrmusicman.com.au. However, if you are unhappy
with the product in anyway it can be returned to us
following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the
process as simple as possible.
Please write the reason for return on the back of the
packing slip and return it with your parcel. You can
return your order in its original condition, to the
address below, within 30 days of the date on which you
receive it. You will be responsible for the item or
items until they reach us. For your own protection,
we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires
a signature upon delivery.
